How much luggage can I bring?
Enter the number of suitcases and carry-on bags when booking. The booking engine only offers vehicles with enough space. Families and groups with cruise luggage usually choose a minivan or van.
How early should I arrive at the cruise terminal?
Follow the check-in time slot given by your cruise line. Enter your ship name and departure time in the booking form so we can plan your pickup with a sensible buffer for traffic.
Can you pick me up from the ship after my cruise?
Yes. Book a transfer with the cruise terminal as pickup location, for example back to Schiphol or to your hotel. Disembarkation times vary, so choose a pickup time that matches your cruise line’s schedule.
Can a group travel together to the terminal?
Yes. Vans for up to seven passengers can be booked online. For larger groups, send us a quote request and we will arrange suitable vehicles.
