2. Which data we process and why

  • Booking data – name, email, phone number, passenger name, pickup and destination addresses, date and time, flight number, number of passengers and luggage, special and accessibility requirements. Purpose: performing the transport contract (GDPR art. 6(1)(b)). Accessibility information is only used to carry out your transfer.
  • Billing data – company name, VAT number, billing address, invoice and payment records. Purpose: legal obligations under tax law (art. 6(1)(c)).
  • Account data – email, name, phone, saved addresses, if you create an account (art. 6(1)(b)).
  • Communication – messages via the contact form or email (art. 6(1)(b) or (f)).
  • Technical and security data – IP address and request logs to protect the service against abuse (legitimate interest, art. 6(1)(f)).
  • Analytics and advertising – only with your consent via the cookie banner (art. 6(1)(a)). Analytics events never contain your name, email, phone number, addresses or booking reference.

3. Recipients (processors)

We use the following service providers under data processing agreements:

  • Hostinger – website and database hosting (EU)
  • Mollie B.V. – payment processing (Mollie is also an independent controller for payment data)
  • Google (Google Maps Platform) – address search and route calculation; Google Tag Manager / Analytics / Ads only after consent
  • Our email delivery provider – sending booking emails
  • A flight data provider – only your flight number, if flight monitoring is enabled

Your driver receives the details needed to carry out the transfer (name, phone number, addresses, flight number, instructions).

4. International transfers

Some providers may process data outside the European Economic Area. Where this happens, transfers are based on an adequacy decision (e.g. the EU-US Data Privacy Framework) or standard contractual clauses. [To be verified per provider.]

5. Retention

Booking and invoice records are kept for as long as required by Dutch tax law (generally 7 years). Personal details in booking records are anonymised after the retention period configured by us. Contact messages and quote requests are deleted after a shorter period.

6. Your rights

You have the right to access, rectify, erase, restrict and port your data and to object to processing based on legitimate interest. Account holders can download their data from their account. Contact us to exercise your rights. You can also lodge a complaint with the Dutch Data Protection Authority (Autoriteit Persoonsgegevens).

7. Security

We use encrypted connections, access controls with role-based permissions, audit logging and a payment provider that handles card data, so we never see or store card details.
