Terms and conditions

Draft – for business and legal review before publication. This text is a template prepared during development. It must be checked and completed by the company and a legal adviser (company details, liability, applicable law) before the website goes live.

1. Scope

These terms apply to all bookings for private passenger transport made via this website, by email or by phone with PickupR.

2. Booking and price

A booking is confirmed once payment has been received (or, for approved business customers, once confirmed by us). The price shown before payment is a fixed price for the journey, vehicle and services booked, including VAT, tolls and parking. Changes to the journey (addresses, extra stops, extra waiting time, more passengers or luggage) may change the price.

3. Customer information

You are responsible for providing correct information, including pickup address, flight number, number of passengers and luggage. We cannot be held responsible for delays caused by incorrect information. If the luggage or group size exceeds the booked vehicle’s capacity, we may be unable to carry out the transfer as booked.

4. Waiting time and delays

Free waiting time and our policies for flight delays and no-shows are described on the Schiphol pickup information page and form part of these terms.

5. Cancellation

See our cancellation policy.

6. Child seats and safety

Children must be transported in accordance with applicable law. Please book the required child or booster seats. Passengers must wear seat belts.

7. Liability

[To be completed by legal adviser: liability for delays caused by force majeure, traffic, weather; maximum liability; luggage.]

8. Complaints

Please send complaints within 14 days of the transfer via the contact form. We aim to respond within 7 working days.

9. Applicable law

Dutch law applies. [To be confirmed by legal adviser, including consumer rights for customers in other EU countries.]
